Glazing Dayz

So, we glazed last week in ceramics class. These are the results. So much fun! I'll go in tomorrow and make a few things so that I can glaze next week and start sending a few things to people.

Also, I made bath fizzers a month ago. Only, they don't fizz because I used lemon juice instead of citric acid powder. I bought the powder so my next batch should fizz and you all will get a sample.

Robin, you've got mad ceramic skillz! what is the tall one with flowery thing on the top?

Well, it's a vase or something to put something in (like a liquid to serve - maybe vinaigrette). ?. The flowery thing is like a top so it comes off or it can stay on for display or to make sure nothing gets in the liquid.

I went in today with the intention of making candle holders, 2 bowls, beads, and little birds for people to hang but I was watching other people make fabulous things and only made a bowl that will likely break during firing. I'll try to stay focussed next time:)
